SPECIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

CREMPO Regional Transportation Improvement Program 2010

The Connecticut River Estuary Metropolitan Planning Organization (CREMPO) is preparing its annual Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is a list of all transportation projects that will receive federal funds in the next 4 years.

The proposed TIP will be reviewed by CREMPO’s Boardmembers, Tuesday, November 10th, 2009. This meeting will be held at 8:30 AM at the CRERPA office at 455 Boston Post Road (next to the Rail Station) Old Saybrook, CT to consider final approval of the 2010 TIP. Opportunity for public comment will be provided prior to and at this meeting.

The TIP is available for review at the CRERPA office and at the CRERPA website: www.crerpa.org

The STATE Transportation Improvement Program The State is also preparing its four year State Transportation Improvement Program. The STIP is available at the CREMPO office, and at ConnDOT or the CTDOT website at CT.GOV.
